Nylon

Expandable sheet
This sealing material is made of expanded PTFE, designed for sealing high-temperature, high-pressure joints in chemical and petrochemical processing applications. Under heat and pressure, the sheet expands to conform to surface irregularities, ensuring a reliable and effective seal.

⅛” and ¼” in widths and lengths of 60” x 60”
Non-contaminating, resistant to creep and relaxation, easily adapts to damaged equipment, and highly reliable in low-emission applications. Withstands temperatures up to 315°C.
Main applications: (4 or 5 applications)
Packings, sealing gaskets, flanges
Virgin braid
This sealing rope is made from pure PTFE fibers. It is highly resistant to most chemicals and offers excellent temperature resistance. It’s an excellent choice for applications that require superior chemical resistance and low friction.
Dry and lubricated
3/16”, ½”, ⅝”, ¾”, and 1”
Withstands temperatures from -210°C to +288°C. It can also perform in high-speed applications thanks to fluorinated additives and the required purity for use in environments where contamination is not acceptable.
Valve stems and pump stuffing boxes, as well as agitators, mixers, and some static applications.
Graphite braid
This sealing rope is similar to virgin PTFE braid but impregnated with graphite to enhance lubricity. The graphite also helps dissipate heat generated by friction, making it ideal for high-speed, high-friction applications.
Dry and lubricated
3/16”, ½”, ⅝”, ¾”, and 1”
They significantly reduce friction, can conduct heat, and are resistant to chemicals, high temperatures, and pressure.

Valve stems and pump stuffing boxes, as well as agitators, mixers, and some static applications.
High density Teflon tape
This sealing tape is made of pure PTFE and is used to seal pipe threads and fittings in fluid applications. Its high density provides greater stability and durability, making it suitable for high-pressure and high temperature applications.
½”, ¾” and 1”
Heat resistance and non-stick properties. Since it is not adhesive, it is mainly used for baking or cooking products thanks to its non-stick surface. It is also used as a replacement part for shrink wrap machines, welding or sealing equipment, presses, ovens, and heat tunnels.
